He is an HR business partner with more than 20 years of experience across sectors like logistics, FMCG, insurance, organized retail, and engineering. His role provides HR leadership for all businesses and partner with business leaders to drive profitable growth of Honeywell in India. Prior to this, he was the President of HR at Subhiksha; Vice President, HR at ICICI Prudential; and Manager, HR at Cargill India Pvt. Ltd. and PepsiCo India. 10Ajay Nair is the Chief Human Resource Officer at India. He was Chief Projects Officer at Omkar Realtors & Developers Pvt. Ltd. in his earlier engagement. 6Alind Sharma is Sr. Director Human Resources at Pfizer Ltd. 13Bhasker Iyer brings over 30 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in sales, marketing, business development and general management to his new role at Abbott as Divisional Vice President of India, Commercial Operations. Abbott’s pharmaceuticals businesses – Abbott India Limited, Abbott Healthcare Solutions and Abbott True Care – report into this newly established position. 7BP Biddappa is the Executive Director HR, Hindustan Unilever Ltd andVice President HR, South Asia at Unilever. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Mr. Biddappa has been Vice President, HR Supply Chain in Asia, Africa and Russia at Unilever Asia, and HR Director at Unilever Bangladesh, after joining the company in 1992.
