A. Leadership quality and aspiration are important. What they are and what they aspire to be.

A. I share a friendly relationship with all my employees and believe in supporting them in all possible ways. We are more like a family.

A. Sharing knowledge is the key to success. I encourage my team to share their views. I listen to them and guide them accordingly.

Q. How do you deal with successes and failures of employees?
A. My employees are the leaders of tomorrow. I applaud them on their achievements and make sure their morale is not affected by failures.

A. We look for aggression in the person. He/she must be loyal, trustworthy and willing to work in a team.

A. We have a healthy atmosphere at workplace. We start our day with prayer, sit together for lunch and end the day on a positive note.

A. I treat my employees in a professional manner and we work in tandem to ensure higher productivity and performance.

A. On success, we always appreciate them, and on failure, we pay them for what they deserve. We do not argue as it is a sheer waste of time.
