Do employees from different regions (North versus East versus West versus South) have significantly different expectations from their leaders?

[Please note; the ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ given in the significance columns are not the answers to the questions/statements given alongside; rather, they simply define whether a significant ‘difference’ exists (‘Yes’) or not (‘No’). The survey results show that employees from different regions have a significant difference in their expectations from their leaders across all expectation sets.
