An M.Com graduate from Agra University, Mr. Praveen Kumar Nedungadi brings a considerable amount of knowledge of real estate to the table. Armed with his remarkable experience in the sector, including his stint of four years at Sahara India Pariwar, Nedungadi has emerged as an industry veteran who has rolled up his sleeves to mitigate unethical practices prevalent in the industry. Today, under his stewardship, Incredible India Projects Pvt. Ltd. stands tall amid competition, growing by leaps and bounds. A name to conjure with, he is the force behind IIPPL’s culture of customer centricity and innovation.

Incredible India Projects Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading realty players in Secunderabad. What motivated you to start this company in 2007, and how would you describe its success?
Mr. Nedungadi: I have always wanted to give my customers a true value for their money. After spending 10 years in the real estate industry, I realised that not many firms were delivering on their promises. It was then that I took a decision to start my own realty firm. For the last five years, we are rigorously striving to meet the customers’ expectations with our commitments, leaving no stone unturned to keep them satisfied.

There are numerous factors that IIPPL managed to get right, and topmost among them is giving complete satisfaction to our customers, besides developing a long-term relationships. We ensure that our deals are always fair and transparent. Our aim is not just to sell; rather we guide our customers in selecting the right kind of plot. This initiative has directed the upward growth of IIPPL. Starting our voyage with 25 acres, today we have transformed more than 600 acres of land. All this can be credited to the fact that we keep our customers’ demands right at the centre of our business.

Mr. Nedungadi: In the coming years, we plan to spread our wings and have an authoritarian presence in Hyderabad. In addition, IIPPL is all set to prove its mettle in metros, tier-II and tier-III cities of the country. Seeing opportunities in the rural areas of India, the brand is geared up to show its prospective clientele the ways of acquiring a land by spending less amount of money and yet enjoying a refined lifestyle within their budget.

Who or what inspires you?
Mr. Nedungadi: Mr. Subrata Roy Sahara, the Managing Worker and Chairman of Sahara India Pariwar, has been my inspiration. Dreams of my people motivate me to work harder and accomplish our collective dream for a better tomorrow.

What advice would you like to give to the budding entrepreneurs of the country?
Mr. Nedungadi: Be fearless as no one can stop your growth. Never think twice when it comes to contributing your share for the development of the society. Always be prepared with a well-thought plan, and make sure that you implement it properly and ethically. My advice to the youth of the country is to deliver what you promise, otherwise don’t promise at all.

How do you maintain a balance between your personal and professional life?
Mr. Nedungadi: Balancing my personal and professional life is a bit difficult for me as I am at the helm of a growing enterprise. I consider my employees as a part of my family, thus, strive to give them the best of my efforts. Though I want to spend more time with family, however my hectic work schedule does not let me do so. Every year, I plan a trip of 10-15 days, ensuring quality time with family, if not quantity.
