Q. Ajnara – a one-man-army or a group’s idea?
A. Ajnara is the result of the vision of one man – the chairman of the company, and the efforts of a group that includes his family members – Mr. Ashok Gupta (MD), Mr. Pramod Gupta (Director), Mr. Vinod Gupta (Director), Mr. Vineet Gupta (Director), Mr. Ashlesh Gupta (Director) and Mr.Jaikishan Gupta (Director).
Q. What was the idea behind naming it Ajnara?
A. Ajnara is the name of a village in Uttar Pradesh that we belong to. We are proud of our roots and hence have named our company so.
Q. How were the initial days of Ajnara?
A. We started our journey by building houses and bungalows around two decades ago. We have constructed many bungalows in different areas in the eastern and other parts of Delhi. After gaining enough experience in construction, we gradually shifted to group housing.
Q. How has the brand Ajnara evolved over the years?
A. The evolution of brand Ajnara is the result of our hard work and our stress on quality construction and customer satisfaction. It is our hard work in the past that has instilled faith in thousands of our satisfied customers. And nothing could have created a better brand than a good word-of-mouth publicity by our buyers.
Q. How do you perceive the success of the brand?
A. Ajnara, both as a brand and company, has a long way to go before we call it success. To a certain extent we have been able to deliver, and all this has been the result of dedicated teamwork and immaculate planning and implementation.
Q. Please share with us your HR policies and expansion plans.
A. We consider our company a big family. Apart from the mandatory HR policies looked after by our HR department, we try and personally look after every employee. Whether it is an employee’s birthday or a festival, we celebrate it together.
Q. How have you planned the communication and marketing strategy for the company?
A. We believe in creating a transparent and reliable communication strategy. We mostly showcase our past as also our present work through our marketing strategies. We stress on showing our previous work, so that a buyer can see the strength of our deliveries and then decide accordingly.
Q. What has been Ajnara’s strategy in handling new and modern customer base?
A. We have a diversified customer base and varied projects. From luxury to affordable, we provide for all kinds of segments. Similarly we have our presence in all the major developing areas like Rajnagar Crossing, Noida, Noida Expressway and Noida Extension.
Q. What do you think the future holds for brand Ajnara?
A. We believe in meticulous planning and delivering. And these two things will always help us in taking the brand to higher grounds in the future
