Business & Economy in association with The IIPM Think Tank and The Indian Council for Market Research (ICMR) conducted a survey to understand what CEOs across Indian companies feel about the Insider-Outsider choice in Succession Planning. The survey is aimed at understanding how similar or different is the thinking of boards across Indian companies when it comes to training insiders for leadership positions in their companies. 102 CEOs and top executives from India Inc.’s private and public corporations participated in the survey.
