His ‘keep it real’ nature makes one relive the words of the ancient Greek philosopher, Aristotle – “Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom”.
Mr. Srinivas graduated in Engineering from The Coimbatore Institute of Technology in the year 1985 and from IIPM in 1988. He then moved to Mumbai for joining the Instrumentation Company, Taylor Instruments as a Sales Engineer. With the collaborative content platform that Mentorware offers, he says that one of their products, Learningcube.net is well likely to be a game changer in the Learning Industry. Mr. Srinivas indicates that he is not someone who likes to dream but has a rather realistic approach towards life. In life, the prime idea must be set targets, achieve them, and then keep advancing the targets.
On the business nuances, Mr. Srinivas adds that one cannot single out an industry because everything is inter linked. The growth of one is dependent on the other. He states that the growth in India is being fuelled by a bunch of the newage Entrepreneurs – those people who are no longer tied up with the baggage of the past like the previous generations – The New Entrepreneurs Believe and So They Do. “We have the capacity and the brain power to achieve more than any so called advanced countries – We need to believe in ourselves”
