What are the self-mastery secrets that make you the world class leader that you are?
(DR): As mentioned above it’s the self -belief or conviction in what I do and decide. In addition to that, an unorthodox approach towards any problem with great positivity of solving it and embracing change always according to business requirement.
What according to you is the one most important quality of a leader?
(DR): Passion to drive with honesty. In any important aspect of life if one needs to be successful then passion within is most important.e.g. One’s love life. It drives a person to achieve his goal – in this case a heart. Along with passion one has to be honest in such approach to make the success long term and the foundation strong.
Can we teach people to become better leaders? (is it an inborn skill or can it be taught)
(DR): Though most of the time it is innate,nevertheless a leader can be developed with proper environ and training but most of the time it is self-education and a passion within, to reach one’s life goals. Moreover, one has to have those values and principles inside which later transpires to leadership culture.
How important is team work in achieving success ?The secret to building a strong and efficient team?
(DR): A leader always needs followers. Better the followers, better the success rate. Such is the importance of teamwork in achieving success.

The secret to getting more done in a day as compared to others.
(DR): It is scrupulous planning. List down all the priorities for a month / week / day / hour and plan accordingly, dividing between delegation and self responsibility. I do not over burden myself with hoard of jobs and keep myself free of unnecessary tension. It helps me finish my job within the stipulated time limits with maximum output.
The secret to handling failure effectively ?
(DR): I do not share failure, it is mine. I only share success.
How do you prioritize work and life?
B&E: By prioritizing and planning in advance. I finish my job within time limits and do not stay back extra hours nor do I take back jobs at home if not very urgent.

(DR): Basic skills & qualities are same in any generation with some new addition. For next generation that new addition would be in depth understanding of the digital world.
